How long after the end of a month is that month's report made available to subscribers?

The HCT Report and related data are typically available online 4 to 6 weeks after the end of the report month. The report based on data through June, for example, will typically be available around the end of July or early August.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, or check. For orders over $10,000, we only accept payment by check.

How soon will my subscription(s) be activated?

When you pay by credit card, your subscription(s) are activated instantly and you can begin downloading reports and data right away. If you pay by check, your user account will be activated instantly, but you will not be able to download reports or data until we receive your check. Once we receive your check, we'll send you an email letting you know that your subscriptions have been activated.
