  • Seasonally-adjusted rate
  • Seasonal factors (useful for determining normal seasonal pattern)
  • Underlying trend-cycle (useful for seeing cyclical movements in series)
  • FETI composite (useful for assessing direction and strength of trend)

Licensing and Pricing Policies

All subscriptions include one user account assigned to an individual at a client organization. All report deliveries, account correspondence and online access to the HCTR website are through this account. Access rights beyond the person named on the account depend on the type of account.

Access may be either through electronic distribution of materials by the account holder or distribution of HCTR logon information to no more than the limit allowed by the type of account. Forefront Economics does not grant the right to distribute HCTR materials beyond the client organization without our written permission. Pricing is based on the type of account and number of states subscribed.

Account Types

The right to distribute HCTR materials within your organization is dependent on the type of account you have.

  1. Individual/Small Business
This account type allows access to HCTR materials for up to three individuals within the client organization and at the same internet domain.
  2. Workgroup
This account type allows access to HCTR materials for up to 20 individuals within the client organization and at the same internet domain.
  3. Institution
This account type allows access to HCTR materials for up to 100 individuals within the client organization and at the same internet domain.

Please call our office if would like to distribute HCTR materials to more than 100 people within your organization.

It is the responsibility of the account holder to enforce these licensing provisions within their organizations. Forefront Economics Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reset passwords or otherwise modify account access, including canceling subscriptions, if it appears unauthorized access has occurred.

Multiple State Discounts

Subscribe to two or more states and save money! Discounted subscription prices are based on the total number of states subscribed at the time the subscription is placed, including states in the current order.

For example, if an account is opened and a Report subscription is placed for California on June 18 followed by a Combined subscription to Texas on August 14, the California order would be at the single state price and the Texas order would be at the discounted price computed at two states.

The following table demonstrates the effect of discount pricing on an Individual/Small Business subscription for each of the available subscription types.

If you would like to subscribe to multiple states, our convenient Multiple State Subscription Form provides an easy way to make your selections.

Upgrades

You may choose to upgrade to a Combined subscription for any State for which you have a current Report Only or Data Only Subscription. The remaining value of your current subscription is deducted from the price of a Combined subscription, discounted for multiple states if applicable. Your new 12 month subscription period will begin on the day of the upgrade.
